Generally speaking you will only ever be charged for services
rendered. However the hourly rate is not absolute. Some aspects
of computer problem solving require a great deal of waiting depending
on the complexity of the problem, the speed and resources of
the computer and the tool(s) being used. Sometimes a certain
amount of research is also required to troubleshoot unique problems.
Since this knowledge generally benefits Network
Chico clients will rarely if ever be charged for research
time. To state it more plainly Network
Chico will work with clients to try and arrive at
a reasonable charge throughout the entire process. Making money
is not the only goal of Network Chico.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving problems to
the client's satisfaction are the most important concerns of
Network Chico. Simply put,
clients will not necessarily be charged for every moment spent
resolving their problems. Currently Network
Chico offers the lowest rates in the area.
